NOTE: Both new members and renewing members need to provide their current personal information and affirm the Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk Agreement (the “waiver”) each year. These two steps are included in each of the ways to join or renew below.

Membership types (annual)
One-member household……………..$30.00
One adult plus listed non-voting minor children, all in the same household.
Two-member household…………….$40.00
Two adults or one adult and one voting youth (age 18 or younger), and any listed non-voting minor children, all in the same household.
Youth voting member…….$10.00
Confers full membership, including ability to vote, on one youth (age 18 or younger). May be in a household of other members or be unconnected to any other members.
The membership year is the calendar year (January to December).
If you are already an adult paid-up member of BC Nature (either directly or through another club), your annual membership is eligible for a $16 discount.

Option 4: In person
Attend an in-person general meeting. Complete the forms and pay by cash or cheque. If the Membership Secretary is present with our payment device, you may also be able to pay by credit or debit card.
Benefits of membership
As a paid-up member of Comox Valley Nature you can participate in club activities and join any of the interest groups for no additional fee. Some special activities such as major conferences may require additional fees. CVN members are also automatically registered as members of BC Nature.
All communications from CVN (e.g. notices to members, newsletters, blog posts) and from BC Nature (eNews and BC Nature magazine) are by email. For a $5 fee in addition to the membership fee, you can receive the printed version of BC Nature magazine (4 per year).
