Take this opportunity to join a Naturalist for an easy 1 km walk at the Courtenay River Airpark. Learn about its history and how the town’s former sewage lagoon has become one of the most popular walking spots in the Comox Valley. Observe our native plants and birds which make a home here in the estuary. See some of the restoration work in progress. This is a free event but donations are welcome. Wheelchair accessible on this flat paved path. Sorry, no dogs please!
